Ro Shirole

Ro Shirole has a strong background in business development and executive leadership roles. They began their career at Micro Focus International, where they worked as a Strategic Business Development Executive for over 13 years. In 2012, Ro Shirole became an Advisory Board Member and Investor for Annomate, and in 2013, they joined TeraTech Global, Inc as a Board Member.

In 2015, Ro Shirole became a Board Member and Investor at The Underground, LLC. They then joined Compute North in 2018, initially as a Shareholder and then as the Vice President of Business Development. During their time at Compute North, Ro Shirole played a key role in driving the company's growth and development.

In 2022, Ro Shirole joined Compass Mining as the Chief Growth Officer, a position they held until 2023. They also currently serve as the Chief Commercial Officer at Saxet Infrastructure Group. With their extensive experience in business development and executive leadership, Ro Shirole has transformed and elevated organizations throughout their career.

Ro Shirole attended The Blake School from 1987 to 1989 before transferring to Guilderland Central High School, where they studied from 1989 to 1992.
