Bubele Matshoba is an experienced hospitality professional with a background in food and beverage services. Currently serving as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Palazzo Hotel since March 2019, Bubele also has notable experience as a Banquet Server at Saxon Hotel, Villas and Spa, beginning in August 2016. Before that, Bubele worked in banqueting at Saxon Hotel, Villas and Spa for a brief period in August 2015. Bubele holds an Associate's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management and a Certificate in Tourism, both obtained from EastCape Midlands College between January 2013 and November 2015.
