With a background in financial services and investment banking, Aidan has held partner roles at companies such as Saxton Bampfylde, CTPartners, and Armstrong International. Additionally, Aidan has served as the Chair Emeritus at Panorama Leadership, a global community of leadership experts focused on promoting diverse perspectives in leadership. Aidan holds degrees in Economics and Politics from University College Dublin and an M.Phil in Politics from the University of Oxford.
