Kathleen McNally

Kathleen McNally has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fashion and sportswear industry. Kathleen started their career in Nike as a Senior Designer, where they gained expertise in product design and worked across various categories. Kathleen then joined J.Crew as a Design Director before moving on to lucy activewear as the VP of Design. At lucy, they played a crucial role in building the brand and introducing the successful lucy label product line. After lucy, Kathleen joined Columbia Sportswear as a Creative Director, where they reinvented and elevated the brand in the global outdoor marketplace. Kathleen helped Columbia Sportswear achieve significant growth during their tenure. Kathleen then transitioned to GO Intellectual Capital, where they served as the Principal and Creative Director. Currently, Kathleen holds the role of Creative Director at Saxx Underwear.

Kathleen McNally pursued their undergraduate education from 1981 to 1986 at Oregon State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Design.
