Kiersten Jirik has extensive experience in customer operations and compliance within the apparel industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Operations at SAXX since March 2012, Kiersten oversees the pre-sale stage of the customer journey, including onboarding new wholesale clients and managing sales platforms. Previously held positions at SAXX include Compliance & Key Account Manager and Key Accounts & Compliance Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed vendor compliance and customer care for key accounts. Prior experience at SUGOI from 1998 to 2011 included roles such as Project Manager for Item Maintenance, Custom Sales Supervisor, and Manager of Customer Service, focusing on various aspects of customer relations, project management, and operational efficiency in apparel production.
