Mikayla Voth has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mikayla most recently worked at SAXX as a Project Specialist and previously as a Sales Coordinator. Prior to SAXX, they served as the Office Manager at Options Solutions Educational Consultants. Mikayla also worked as the Business Development & Talent Lead at OPTIS Consulting and as the Administrative Manager at Cahoia Rings. Mikayla began their career at MindField Group as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist.

From 2008 to 2010, Mikayla Voth attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Diploma of Technology in Marketing Management, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship.
