Ahuvi Yearim, PhD

Ahuvi Yearim, PhD has a diverse work experience. In 2009, they began their career as a Ph.D. researcher and data scientist at Tel Aviv University, where they also served as a Junior Lecturer. In 2015, they moved to The Weizmann Institute of Science as a Post Doctorate researcher and data scientist. In 2016, Ahuvi joined Comm-IT as a Front End developer and Front End TL and architect, where they were in charge of setting up front end architecture, choosing the technology-stack, and leading development teams of up to 5 front end developers in multiple projects. In 2020, they moved to Forescout Technologies Inc. as a Software Development Tech Lead, where they were the guild master for the company's Front End guild and mentored junior developers. Currently, Ahuvi is working as a Front End Tech Lead at Anchor, where they are responsible for Anchor's autonomous billing solution.

Ahuvi Yearim, PhD, completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2003 and 2005. Ahuvi then obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2006 and 2008. Following this, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Genetics from Tel Aviv University between 2009 and 2015. In 2016, they completed the Full Stack Web and Multiplatform Mobile App Development Specialization from Coursera.
