Sigourney Joseph

Sigourney Joseph began their work experience in 2014 at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America, where they served as a Sales Ambassador & Trainer. During their time there, they implemented new team building activities and workshops, managed employee personnel changes, and provided professional development planning for staff.

In 2017, Sigourney joined Franklin Templeton as a TA Client Representative & New Hire Mentor. Sigourney developed standard operating procedures, facilitated workshops and reports, and provided analytic support for product development and compliance requests.

From 2019 to 2022, Sigourney worked at McKinsey & Company as an Executive Assistant. In this role, they managed day-to-day office operations for four executives, developed effective systems for project documentation and calendar management, and facilitated new hire onboarding and training.

Currently, Sigourney is an Operations Manager at Sayata, where they provide administrative support for the C-Suite and implemented new standard operating procedures.

Sigourney Joseph completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology at the University of South Florida from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they obtained various certifications and workshop badges. These include the Process Improvement: Identifying and Eliminating Waste at Work and Home Workshop Badge from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in February 2023; the Optimizing Engagement: Creating Higher Employee Retention and Improving Workforce Productivity Workshop Badge from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in December 2022; the Taking Flight with DISC: Building Trust and Collaboration in the Workplace Workshop Badge from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in July 2022; the Operations Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn, obtained in June 2022; the Leading in Project Management Workshop Badge from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in April 2022; the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in May 2021; and the Notary Public certification from the State of Florida, obtained in November 2020.
