Debbie Capone

Debbie Capone is an experienced accounting and management professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Accounting Manager at Saybrook Point Resort & Marina since May 2013, Debbie oversees payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily audits. Prior to this role, Debbie held the position of Front Office Manager/Lodging Manager at Bee & Thistle Inn from September 2004 to July 2012, where responsibilities included managing lodging and dining reservations, housekeeping staff, and payroll. Earlier in Debbie's career, from March 1992 to January 2004, Debbie was the Inn Manager at Old Lyme Inn, focusing on reservations, cash management, and staff oversight. Debbie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Math and Art History from Wheaton College Massachusetts, completed between 1976 and 1980.
