Darya Belanovich

Darya Belanovich is an HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as HR Manager at SayGames since February 2021, Darya supports domestic and global HR functions, conducts investigations into employee concerns, and analyzes exit interview data to inform strategic action plans. Previously, Darya held various HR roles at Apalon, including HR Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist, where the focus was on resolving employee relations issues and enhancing organizational culture.
