Rebekah Kane, PCC, CPC, MA, is an accomplished Director of HR, People and Culture at American Roots since May 2024, and has held multiple coaching roles since 2014. Currently engaged as a Premier Coach at BetterUp, Rebekah specializes in leadership, career, and well-being coaching, providing tailored guidance to employees at various levels.
