Lauren Vega

Lauren Vega is currently working as the Human Resources Manager at Sayn Beauty since August 2022. Previously, Lauren was an HR Business Partner at BIG Language Solutions from February 2011 to August 2022. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications, Advertising, Marketing from Florida International University. Lauren has a strong background in managing HR functions, talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and organizational change. Lauren has played a key role in supporting company growth and acquisitions, contributing to the expansion of the organization from 60 to over 300 employees.
