Herisoa Nantenaina Rakotoharivelo has accumulated diverse work experience in various roles since 2012. Currently serving as an Apprentice Web Developer at Sayna since July 2020, Herisoa has previously held positions including Customer Service Agent and Team Leader at BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING OCEAN INDIEN, and Customer Service Representative at INTELCIA, where responsibilities included managing offers and invoices. Earlier experience includes conducting surveys as a Tele-Enumerator at Ariane Etudes, providing guidance to students as an Orientation Counselor at ADM, and leading socio-cultural activities as an Animator at Alliance Française d'Antananarivo.
