Tanisha Williams

Tanisha Williams MBA is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in production management and technical analysis within the maritime industry. Currently serving as a Senior Logistics Manager at Sayres and Associates since May 2015, Tanisha provides critical support to the NAVSEA Program Manager's Representative and oversees production processes at Austal's shipyard in Mobile, Alabama. Prior to this, Tanisha held the position of Senior Field Technician at General Dynamics, where responsibilities included managing Quality Assurance processes and supporting Continuous Process Improvement initiatives. Tanisha's career began with the United States Navy as an Aviation Electricians Mate, followed by roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Combat Systems Electrician. Educational credentials include an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University, along with an Associate's degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
