English is the language of global business, education and science. 1.5 billion people speak English worldwide but 75% of them speak English as a Second Language (ESL) – with varying levels of proficiency.

At SayWhat? we believe that communication is a shared responsibility. Rather than simply expecting ESL speakers to improve their English, native speakers can also improve the way we communicate by:
