Debbie Lematta

Debbie Lematta is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles within marketing and communications. As the owner of Lematta Marketing Communications & Design since April 2016, Debbie focuses on helping service providers develop their personal brands and grow their client bases. Previously, Debbie held the position of Marketing Manager at Sazan Group, Inc. and Wellspring Family Services, where strategic marketing efforts were implemented to enhance visibility and support organizational missions. Additional experience includes marketing roles with AIA Washington Council, AECOM, DKA Architects, and Arai/Jackson and Associates, demonstrating a consistent track record of elevating brand presence and driving business growth. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Washington, along with several relevant certifications in coaching and organizational leadership.
