Kristen Strauch is an experienced project coordinator currently at Säzän Group, Inc. since August 2022, previously serving as an engineering coordinator at SNC-Lavalin from November 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included supporting project teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and preparing detailed project reports. Kristen's background also includes roles as an electrical designer, photometer operator, wire assembler, and shift supervisor in retail settings, along with early experience in administrative support and community service leadership. Education includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Central Washington University and an Associate's degree in Integrated Studies from Cascadia College.

Our size and flexibility allow us to take on a variety of projects such as complex design and construction projects, fast-track facility repairs, and other work often considered outside the scope of "normal" subconsultant mechanical and electrical engineering. We are very experienced serving as a Prime Consultant where we work directly with government agencies and building Owners to successfully deliver small works projects, often on a fast-track or emergency basis, to maintain facility operations.
