R Grant Williams is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project coordination, geotechnical engineering, research, and customer service. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Säzän Group Inc. since June 2023, R Grant supports clients in decarbonization and energy efficiency initiatives through various tasks involving report development and technical assistance for green building projects. Our size and flexibility allow us to take on a variety of projects such as complex design and construction projects, fast-track facility repairs, and other work often considered outside the scope of "normal" subconsultant mechanical and electrical engineering. We are very experienced serving as a Prime Consultant where we work directly with government agencies and building Owners to successfully deliver small works projects, often on a fast-track or emergency basis, to maintain facility operations.
