Saeed Khalilian

Saeed Khalilian is an experienced professional in the field of construction management, currently serving as a Change Manager at Sazeh Consultants since September 2022. Prior to this role, Saeed worked as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Shatel from September 2018 to December 2022, and as a Contract Engineer at Kayson Company from May 2012 to December 2022, with an earlier position as a Contract Engineer at Sazeh Consultants from February 2011 to June 2012. Saeed holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Iran University of Science and Technology (2000-2002) and is a PhD candidate in the same field at Islamic Azad University Central Tehran Branch (2016-2020), having completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Yazd University (1996-2000).
