Neal Thompson

Neal Thompson is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience across diverse sectors, currently serving as the Sales Performance Capability Leader for the Central South region at Sazerac Company since February 2024. Prior to this role, Neal was an Enterprise Cloud Platform Executive at Oracle, where strategic alignment with multi-billion dollar client organizations led to successful implementation of Oracle Cloud infrastructure solutions. As an Enterprise Sales Director at ProctorFree, Neal established and executed impactful sales strategies, while prior roles at Cengage and Touchpoint Solutions focused on customer success and pharmaceutical sales. Additional experience includes retail sales at AT&T Mobility, marketing coordination for Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare, and communication coordination for the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity. Neal holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University.
