Karen Hardison-Parker has extensive experience in executive support and real estate transactions. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at S.B. Ballard Construction Co. since June 2014, Karen previously held roles in business development at TitleQuest, LLC, and post-closing at Landmark Title, LLC. At Bank of the Commonwealth, from September 2000 to October 2011, responsibilities included providing high-level administrative support to executive management and assisting in financial and regulatory reporting. Karen began a career in banking as a Personal Banker at Wachovia Bank, N.A., from 1998 to 2000. Educational credentials include becoming a Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent and obtaining a Real Estate License, along with studies at Tidewater Community College and Indian River High School.
