Graylin Smith is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at SB & Company, LLC since January 2005, Graylin also contributed as a Board Member for the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board from July 2012 to June 2022, an organization responsible for establishing accounting standards for the Federal government. Prior to these roles, Graylin held the position of Partner at EY from May 2002 to December 2003 and at Arthur Andersen LLP from June 1981 to May 2002. Graylin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Hampton University between 1977 and 1981.
