John Parker

John Parker, PE, serves as President and COO of S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd., where responsibilities include oversight of project management, planning, and execution for EPC projects. With a career at S&B spanning over three decades, John held various leadership positions such as Senior Vice President of EPC and Construction and Vice President of Home Office EPC Operations. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager and Project Engineer, along with a tenure at John Brown Engineering as a Civil Engineer. John Parker holds a BS/BArch degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture from Texas Tech University, obtained between 1982 and 1988.
