Rachel Heller

Rachel Heller currently serves as the Director of Solution Delivery at S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd., a position held since January 2006. Rachel has progressed through various roles within the company, including Information Technology Applications Manager and Information Management Technology Manager, where responsibilities included developing work processes, training teams on information sharing, and analyzing vendor documentation. Prior to this, Rachel gained experience as a Systems Analyst intern at UICI in the summer of 2005, where documentation of a corporate intranet was a key task. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Information Systems from Texas A&M University, completed between 2002 and 2005, and graduated from Cypress Community Christian School in 2002.
