Steve Carter

Steve Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and engineering within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. since March 2017, Steve has previously held significant roles at Black & Veatch from January 2007 to February 2017, including Regional General Manager for Oil & Gas and Consulting Engineer. Earlier career positions include Senior Engineer/Project Manager at Aspen Technology and Process Engineer at Huntsman. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
