Michelle Katz is the VP of Business & Legal Affairs at SB Projects. Michelle has a long history of working in corporate law, first as an Associate at Buchalter, where they advised clients on a variety of corporate transactions, and then as a Summer Law Clerk at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP. At Jeffer Mangels, they were responsible for drafting motions, conducting research, and attending hearings and depositions. Michelle Katz is a dedicated corporate lawyer who has a passion for helping their clients succeed.

Michelle Katz received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Southern California. Michelle then attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where they earned a Doctor of Law.
