Alvaro Gómez-Muro

Alvaro Gómez-Muro's work experience includes various roles in the construction industry. Alvaro started their career as a Project Manager at Obrascón Huarte Lain, S.A. (OHL) where they were responsible for small to mid-size highway and water projects. Alvaro then joined Ferrovial Construction and held multiple positions including Senior Project Manager, Director Northeast Rail, Director Asset Management, and VP Ferrovial Construction US/Project Director. In these roles, they managed major projects and was involved in strategic initiatives. Alvaro later became the CEO of Ferrovial Construction US Southeast, overseeing the operations and growth of the company in the region. After that, they joined DBi Services, LLC as the SVP Southeast, where they were a part of the Executive Leadership Team and responsible for the company's performance in Florida. Currently, they are serving as the SVP P3 Operations at S&B USA Construction, leading P3 projects and collaborating with the Asset Management team. Alvaro successfully led the team that achieved the financial close of the award-winning Pennsylvania Major Bridges Package One Project.

Alvaro Gómez-Muro, MSc Civil Eng, MBA has a comprehensive education history. Alvaro started their academic journey in 1985 and completed their Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 1992. In 2007, they pursued another degree, a Master's in Business Administration from Esade. In the same year, they also completed a Management Development Program (PDD) from IESE Business School. Alvaro expanded their knowledge further in 2008 by obtaining a Certificate in International Operations from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
