David Radloff

David Radloff is a skilled individual with a strong background in engineering and mechanical work. David has experience working as a Volunteer Firefighter/EMR at Horace Rural Fire Protection District, as a Project Engineer at ASN Constructors and S&B USA Construction, and as a Board Member at the City of Hampton's building code board of appeals. Prior to these roles, David served in the US Navy as a Mechanic/crane operator and Sailor, where David maintained and operated various cranes and equipment. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University.
