Kim Rovansek

Kim Rovansek, M.S., serves as the Learning and Development Manager at S&B USA Construction since October 2023. With extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, Kim has held various roles including Corporate Leadership Development Specialist at Sheetz, where a comprehensive Foundations of Leadership program was developed for first-level leaders, and Talent and Organizational Development Manager at PrimeSource Building Products, focusing on leadership initiatives.
