Paul Guillaume has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Paul currently holds the position of Director Strategic Real Estate Sales at SBA Communications, where they are responsible for managing the identification of new in-building opportunities, contract negotiations, and system activation. Prior to this, Paul worked at Spectrum Enterprise as a Market Development Manager, leading teams that negotiated access to over 10,000 commercial buildings. Paul also served as Director of Business Development at Time Warner Cable, where they developed multi-million dollar business cases and spearheaded cross-functional strategies to expand the company's commercial business presence. Earlier in their career, Paul worked at MobileAccess Networks as a Strategic Account Manager and Manager of RF Engineering, where they managed sales accounts, directed engineering activities, and implemented standardized best practices. Paul also worked at Galaxy Engineering as an Engineering Consultant, designing large-scale wireless networks, and at Hughes Space and Communications as an Antenna/Project Engineer, leading a team in the development of an innovative satellite antenna design.

Paul Guillaume has a comprehensive education history. Paul earned a Graduate Business Analytics Certificate from Southern Methodist University in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2006 to 2008. In 1998, they obtained a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Before their graduate studies, they received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso in 1996. Their high school education was completed at Andress High School from 1988 to 1992.
