Vitor Lobão

Vitor Lobão has a diverse work experience history. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Legal Trainee at Vieira Rezende. From 2007 to 2013, they served as an Associate at BM&A – Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão. In 2010, they became a Teaching Assistant at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they also served as a Co-Coordinator for the III Corporate Law Seminar. In 2014, they joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as an International Associate. Currently, they hold positions at SBA Communications, where they began as a Senior Director of International M&A in 2015 and currently serves as the Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions.

Vitor Lobão completed their Master's Degree in Law (LLM) at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 2013 to 2014. During the same period, they also obtained Business Administration and Finance Postgraduate Certificates from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2009, Vitor earned their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Vitor completed their elementary, middle, and high school education at Colégio Santo Agostinho from 1992 to 2003.
