Francois Mihelic

Francois Mihelic serves as the CEO of SmallBusinessAct since February 2015, focusing on helping entrepreneurs manage their business effectively. From 2010 to 2015, Francois was a member of the board at ECOMAT S.A. Prior experience includes working as a Research & Development Engineer at LSO Medical from January 2003 to January 2010, contributing to the development of advanced medical laser devices. Francois also held the position of PhD Researcher at University Lille 1 - PhLAM, specializing in ultra-high resolution spectral analysis, and began a research career as a Student Researcher at FOM Institute AMOLF. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Engineering Physics from the University of Lille 1 and a bacalaureat in Physical Sciences from Lycée Montalembert.
