Margareta Cervin

Margareta Cervin is a seasoned project leader and consultant with extensive experience in project management, change management, and IT development. Currently serving as a Senior Projektledare for SBAB since November 2022, Margareta leads significant initiatives including a transition to a SaaS solution, the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and a project initiated by the European Bank Association aimed at improving resolution capabilities. Previously, Margareta held leadership roles at Giraff Data Konsult AB, including Chief Executive Officer and Business Area Manager, overseeing company development and project management teams. Other notable positions include project leadership roles at SBAB Bank and Nordea, as well as development management at Dagens industri. Margareta's educational background includes degrees from Lund University and various specialized courses in artificial intelligence and Scrum methodologies.
