M.D. Abdullah al Khayem

Md Abdullah Al Khayem has a strong background in the banking industry, with experience in various roles at multiple banks. Md Abdullah started their career at Jamuna Bank Ltd in 2011 as a probationary officer and worked their way up to the position of First Executive Officer. During their time at Jamuna Bank, they worked at the Credit Unit, Head Office, and branch level, specializing in credit analysis and customer evaluation.

In 2018, Khayem joined NCC Bank Ltd as a Principal Officer and Operation Manager, eventually becoming a Senior Principal Officer and Branch Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing and monitoring all branch activities, developing business strategies, acquiring customers, and building employee productivity and engagement.

In 2021, Khayem joined Meghna Bank Limited as a First Assistant Vice President and Head of Rajshahi Branch. Md Abdullah oversaw all operational and service aspects of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery to customers.

Currently, Khayem is working at South Bangla Agriculture & Commerce Bank Limited as an Assistant Vice President and Head of Natore Branch. In this role, they are focused on achieving business targets and maintaining customer relationships to ensure a healthy portfolio for the branch. Md Abdullah also oversees the training and development of branch officials.

Md Abdullah Al Khayem completed their MBA in Business/ Managerial Economics/ Marketing at the Institute of Business Administration, University of Rajshahi, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, in 2013, they obtained an MBM in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of South Asia.
