Chris Spencer

Chris Spencer currently serves as the Executive Director of the State Board of Administration of Florida, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Chris Spencer spent nearly six years at the Executive Office of Governor Ron DeSantis, fulfilling multiple positions including Director of Policy & Budget, Policy Director, and Economic Policy Advisor on the transition team. Previous experience includes a government consultant role at GrayRobinson, P.A., and legislative aide positions in the Florida Senate and Florida House of Representatives. Chris Spencer's educational background includes three Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics, International Affairs, and Political Science from Florida State University, along with an Associate of Arts degree in Social Sciences from St. Petersburg College.
