David Bradford

David Bradford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and IT services within various Florida state agencies. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Project Management at the State Board of Administration of Florida since March 2022, David previously held significant roles at the Florida Department of Children and Families, including Senior Management Analyst Supervisor and Systems Program Administrator. David's expertise spans strategic planning, operational oversight of network services, and managing deployment projects with F5 Networks. An accomplished project manager, David's career also includes leadership positions at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Florida Department of Financial Services, where David enhanced IT infrastructure and project management capabilities. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Florida State University and a high school diploma from Leon High School.
