Elsie Daniels

Elsie Daniels, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Audit Analyst at the State Board of Administration of Florida since January 2023. Prior to this role, Elsie held various positions within the Florida Department of Transportation as a Property & Insurance Coordinator from February 2020 to January 2023, and was an Accounting Manager at the Florida Lottery from October 2015 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing the Claims Processing unit and guiding a team of eight direct reports. Elsie started at the Florida Lottery as an Accounting Services Supervisor in the Claims Processing Unit, overseeing nine staff members. Additionally, Elsie worked at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity as an Adjudicator/Job Analysis Specialist from November 2010 to October 2015. Elsie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from St. Thomas University.
