Aline Bianchi

Aline Bianchi is a Co-Founder at Norma Music, focusing on providing tailored music services to emerging Swiss artists since January 2022. In January 2024, Aline began working with Helvetiarockt as the Fundraising representative for the Ticino Region, overseeing fundraising operations that include workshops in songwriting, beat-making, recording, and DJing. Additionally, Aline leads the Digital Leader Project Office at SBB CFF FFS, driving improvements in digital and data management. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Marketing & Communication at Campra Alpine Lodge & Spa, managing marketing strategies and brand identity development. Aline also held various roles in the music industry, such as Project Manager and Label Assistant at Distiller Records, as well as Royalties Administrator at PIAS, where oversight included reporting royalties for numerous continental European labels. Aline earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from EHL and completed language courses at the Australian College of English.
