Aline Laffer

Aline Laffer serves as the Leiterin Kommunikation Immobilien und Infrastruktur at SBB CFF FFS since December 2018, bringing extensive experience in communication and management. Previously, Aline held the position of Head of Smart City and IoT at Die Schweizerische Post from March to November 2018. Aline's career at Swisscom spanned from October 2007 to September 2017, where multiple leadership roles included Head of Customer Care for SME, overseeing customer journeys and managing a large team, and Head of Connectivity Experience for SME, focusing on product development and team leadership. Aline began the career at Swisscom as a communications consultant and progressed through various internal communication roles. Aline holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Entrepreneurship from the University of Bern, coupled with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
