Bertrand Willi

Bertrand Willi currently serves as the Head of Facility Management at SBB CFF FFS, overseeing cleaning, technical operations, safety, maintenance, and sustainability for over 700 train stations and more than 3000 buildings in Switzerland since January 2021. Prior to this role, Bertrand led the cleaning teams within SBB's facility management division, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for clients. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Director at Tailored Values, focusing on employee engagement techniques to enhance productivity, as well as a Director of Brand Experience at Armani Hotel Dubai, where Bertrand contributed to the hotel's pre-opening phase. Bertrand has also held key positions at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Hyatt International, and Hyatt Regency Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from IMD, a Certificate of Advanced Studies from SFIVET, and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality from EHL.
