Daniel S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience and interaction design. Currently serving as Lead Business Analyst and Facharchitekt at SBB CFF FFS since April 2020, Daniel focuses on research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and testing. In parallel, Daniel has been a Senior User Experience Architect and lecturer at Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW since November 2017, teaching courses on usability, user interface design, and agile software development processes.
