Erika Ingold

Erika Ingold serves as Verwaltungsrätin at Tierklinik Aarau West AG and as Soundingboard MAS REM at HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich. Since August 2017, Erika holds the position of Betriebsleiterin Centre Loewenberg and leads HR Sourcing, Recruiting & Talents at SBB CFF FFS. Additionally, Erika is a member of the Verwaltungsrat at Entris Banking AG and has been the VR Vizepräsidentin at SLR since 2014. Previously, from August 2009 to July 2017, Erika led Human Resources at SBB Immobilien and managed HR at Basler Versicherung from 2002 to May 2009. Erika’s career began at REGIOBANK SOLOTHURN from 1994 to 2002, focusing on personnel management. Educationally, Erika is a Certified Board Member from Rochester-Bern Executive Programs and holds an Executive Master in Human Resource Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, along with credentials as a certified HR specialist and a diploma in banking.
