Eva Krueger has extensive experience in customer experience and user experience, currently serving as Co-Leiterin Customer Experience & Insights and previously holding several leadership roles at SBB CFF FFS since October 2013. Prior experience includes positions as a post-doc researcher at Barrow Neurological Institute and University of Central Florida, focusing on human factors research at the MIT2 Laboratory. Earlier roles involved leadership at the Institute for Research in Open-, Distance- and eLearning, overseeing a usability lab. Eva’s education includes a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Bern and a current program at MIT Sloan School of Management focused on the implications of artificial intelligence for business strategy.
