Marco Gerber

Marco Gerber is an experienced professional with a strong background in service management and operations, currently serving as Provider Manager at SBB CFF FFS since May 2021. Previously, Marco held the role of Product Owner at PLAIN IT AG from October 2019 to April 2021, and at SRG SSR from October 2012 to September 2019, occupied various leadership positions in service management and support. Marco's earlier experience includes team leadership roles at Die Mobiliar and Head of Delivery at T-Systems Schweiz. Academically, Marco earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW / Bern and a NDS FH in Business Engineering and Corporate Management.
