Melanie Ringger

Melanie Ringger is a Teamleiterin at the Traffic Control Center Ost, where they have been leading the Kundeninfo, Personaleinsatzplanung, and Kommandoraum since 2014. Prior to this role, they served as a Zugverkehrsleiterin at SBB CFF FFS and held various positions at SBB Cargo, including Fachführung and Schichtleiterin. Melanie is currently pursuing a Betriebswirtschaft degree at HSO Wirtschafts- und Informatikschule and is enrolled in a CAS in Psychology at Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW, expected to complete in 2025. Their educational journey also includes specialized training as a Zugverkehrsleiterin from SBB and studies at KV Business School Zürich.
