Seraina Flury

Seraina Flury has over two decades of experience in leadership roles, primarily at SBB CFF FFS since September 2011, where current responsibilities include overseeing regional network design, capacity management, and collaboration with rail operators, federal and cantonal authorities. Previous roles at SBB include leading various initiatives such as the implementation of the disability equality law and enhancements to railway infrastructure programs. Prior to SBB, Seraina Flury held key positions at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, managing finances, communication, and digital projects, as well as serving as a correspondent in the UK for the Berner Bund. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, a Master's degree in History and Economics from the University of Fribourg, and a continuing education certificate in Creative Leadership and Transformation in the Digital Age from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
