Thomas Heitkoetter

Thomas Heitkoetter is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in SAP and ERP management. Currently serving as SAP Service Manager at SBB CFF FFS since November 2022, Thomas has previously held key positions including ERP Program Manager at MAAG Group and Head of SAP CoE at Franke. Notably, during tenure at Alstom Power, Thomas led the IT implementation of a global SAP template for the Power Sector and oversaw a significant team. Thomas’s extensive career includes roles at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities ranged from managing cross-solution integrations to directing application services and project management. Thomas holds a diploma in Computer from Hochschule Furtwangen.
