Vincent Oliver

Vincent Oliver is an experienced rail traffic controller at SBB CFF FFS since August 2012, operating from one of Switzerland’s busiest Integrated Electronic Control Centres in Lausanne, with a focus on coordinating train operations and ensuring punctuality. Prior to this role, Vincent served as International Train Manager for Eurostar from January 2001 to July 2012, overseeing passenger safety and well-being for high-speed services across multiple European rail networks. Vincent also held the position of Customer Service Director at Hoverspeed Limited from July 1999 to December 2000, where leadership and staff management ensured high standards of customer service. Earlier in Vincent's career, management experience was gained as a Restaurant Manager at McDonald's France from April 1993 to September 1998, responsible for operational efficiency and service quality. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Economics and Management from Le Mans Université and a Baccalauréat C from Lycée G. Touchard Le Mans, emphasizing a strong academic foundation in mathematics and science.
