Matt Aven

Matt Aven has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt is currently serving as the Vice Chairman at Cedar Pine, a private investment firm based near Chicago. Prior to this role, they worked at SBB Research Group, a Chicago-based investment management firm, where they held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations. Matt also has experience at GFI Group as an Analyst and Product Manager, at Angora as the Director of Product Development, at Hitachi High Technologies America as a Business Development Manager, at TA Instruments as a Technical Representative, and at Scientific Marketing & Sales as the Owner/Sales.

Matt Aven received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
