Since 2001, Marck has served as the Chief Executive Officer of SBD Housing Solutions, a Kansas City-based real estate investment firm known for providing comprehensive, accessible investment solutions that cater to a diverse range of investors. Prior to this role, Marck was the Owner and Broker of EXIT Realty Heartland from 2007 to May 2010, where the firm expanded to approximately 32 Realtors. Marck holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, along with earlier education from King's College in Auckland, New Zealand.
